Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, shipping times may vary depending on the product and your location. While this can sometimes result in longer delivery times, it also enables us to provide exceptional pricing, making our products more affordable without compromising on quality.

We work with a variety of trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Our partners include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services, depending on your location.

Shipping Times

At Teexury.com, we process orders Monday through Friday, ensuring timely service for all of our customers. Once you place an order, it will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, and then shipped the following business day after processing. Please note, we do not ship orders on weekends.

Important Information:

  • Accurate Delivery Information: Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays as we will need to contact you for updates, or your package may be returned to us. Delays can also result from customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.
  • Complete Address: Make sure to fill in all address details carefully. Packages with incomplete addresses may be returned, or your order may be delayed or ignored to avoid complications.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery. Please note, it may take 5-7 days for your package to be scanned into the carrier’s system.

If tracking information is unavailable when you check, it could mean the carrier has not yet processed your package. Once the parcel is scanned, tracking details will be available, and updates will show on the tracking page.

Should your package not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address:

It’s crucial to double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Teexury.com cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

If you request that the shipping carrier forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit. Thank you for your understanding!
